Mom’s Helping Mom’s is a coast to coast website designed specifically for Mom’s to help one another. There are several locations: Bakersfield, CA, Brooklyn, NY, Denver, CO, Henderson, NV, Knoxville, TN, Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA, Portland, OR, Phoenix, AZ, Sarasota, FL, San Fernando, CA, San Francisco, CA, and Suffolk County, NY. We all need help here and there. There are ups and downs all throughout life. The MHM is a community where spending is minimized and connections are utilized. “We are a group of Mom’s dedicated to helping each other achieve the goal of giving our children the basic essentials for everyday living.”

It is a safe place to let people know what they are looking for (ISO: In Search Of) and what they have to trade for the items they need. Rather than donating things they no longer need to Goodwill or to the Salvation Army, for example, the MHM page is a place where mom’s can donate to other mom’s. This eliminates unnecessary spending. People can donate to the page also if they don’t want to participate in trading. There are things like: clothing, shoes, food, hygiene, toys, and household items are what is being traded and donated. Some Mothers don’t have transportation to stores to obtain the essential items that are needed for every day living. This group helps with that barrier because of the mass amount of people within the group; there is always someone willing to deliver the items.

We can all use help. There may always be things that we will need to obtain ourselves, but this group has lifted some of the burden. “We are a group of Moms dedicated to helping each other achieve the goal of giving our children the basic essentials for everyday living. With thousands of members already, we are able to create the circle of love and support that we all need as Moms. Our mission is to bring balance and unity throughout the world of parenting worldwide. We do not discriminate. We all need love and support as we journey through this thing called Parenting!”
